The steel structure of our cross-docking facility is 95% complete, and we have poured the concrete slab for our office area and cast lean concrete for our cold area!
This week we will start installing the roof and sandwich (wall) panels, one of the critical materials used to insulate the facility and improve the efficiency of our cooling process. We are also finishing off the foundation for the forklift ramp to the battery room at the back of the facility (bottom centre of photo).
Once completed, this facility will support Cambodia’s growing import and export industries through international standard cold-storage services, and provide value-added services targeted at helping small-and-medium enterprises (#sme‘s) enter the trading market.
