Khmer Cold Chain Co., Ltd (KCC) is a third-party provider of temperature-controlled logistics, delivering international quality services to Cambodian and regional farmers, agribusinesses, food processers, pharmaceutical companies, food retailers and hotels, restaurants and caterers/institutional (HORECA/HRI), at competitive prices.

KCC is starting operations in early 2023 and is embarking on an aggressive growth journey.  We are currently seeking a Procurement Manager to join our growing team in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

The Procurement Manager will manages a company’s supply of products and services. Their main duty is to ensure the company sources quality and affordable products in a reasonable time.

Job Summary:

• Supplier list establishment:
  – Manage supplier list (select, negotiate, evaluate timeframe re-evaluation)
  – Set up document template for each procurement process
  – Set up approval authority matrix
  – Update vendor list annually
  – Participate communication negotiation vendor
  – Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to improve business
• Purchasing:
  – Implement procurement policies, procedures and processes to meet company’s vision
  – Perform all procurement activities including pre-qualification, negotiating supplier agreements, preparation of contracts and tender management
  – Ensure policies, processes any relevant documents are in place and up-to-date
  – Handle all purchasing both local and overseas
  – Follow up delivery against time, quantity, quality process
  – Provide training to team about purchasing process
• Contract Management:
  – Develop standard contract templates for different products and services
  – Follow up product/service delivery against contract
  – Other tasks assigned by Management Team

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 Years’ experience Procurement Manager
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Expertise in procurement processes related to temperature-controlled logistics
• Good negotiation skills
