Marketing Executive (Closed)

Khmer Cold Chain (KCC) is seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Reporting to the Marketing & Sales Manager, the Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting Khmer Cold Chain and its services to potential customers. This includes producing relevant marketing materials for both digital and physical channels, coordinating and participating in events and industry expos, developing networking opportunities for the team, and maintaining an updated repository of company marketing materials.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support the Marketing & Sales Manager in planning and implementing outreach and client database development.
  • Develop, implement, manage and monitor marketing campaigns across various digital channels including email, social media, search engines and online advertising promoting the organization’s services to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and acquire leads.
  • Curate and promote KCC activities via social media outlets including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Telegram. Monitor the campaigns for effectiveness and prepare periodic reports for management.
  • Produce marketing & sales materials in collaboration with cross-functional teams and package the materials for various channels including physical brochures, marketing banners, website content and social media content.
  • Draft press releases and speeches for events and milestones as necessary.
  • Maintain the website with periodic fresh content including timely uploading of documents.
  • Coordinate between the team and stakeholders, including funders and company shareholders, for meetings and events.
  • Coordinate events including scheduling, managing invitations and managing event vendors as necessary.
  • Coordinate the company’s presence at conferences, expos, booths, workshops, and seminars as necessary.
  • Maintain company repository through consolidation of assets such as logos, virtual backgrounds, brochures, banners etc.
  • Support the Marketing & Sales Manager in maintaining company branding and guideline policies, and helping with adoption of these policies across the team.
  • Support the HR Manager conduct gender-empowering related activities, as required.

Education, Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Sales, Marketing or Communications.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in corporate communications and B2B marketing.
  • Able to maintain a website using WordPress.
  • Proficient at using Microsoft Office Apps.
  • Good Graphic design skills using PowerPoint and Canva. Ability to use other graphic softwares a plus.
  • Good written and spoken proficiency in English and Khmer, ability to speak and write in Mandarin a plus.
  • Experience in the logistics services industry, or a similar B2B role is preferable.
